Competition & Prize Draw Terms

1. About these terms

These Competition & Prize Draw Terms apply to competitions, prize draws and promotions run by City Greens Golf Ltd, unless separate terms are provided for a specific promotion.

By entering a competition or prize draw, you agree to these terms.

3. Eligibility

For competitions involving alcohol prizes, entrants must be aged 18 or over and proof of age may be required.

Employees, contractors or immediate family members of City Greens Golf Ltd may be excluded from entering where appropriate.

4. How to enter

Entry instructions will be provided for each competition or promotion.

Entries must be received by the stated closing date and time.

Incomplete, late, invalid, fraudulent or inappropriate entries may be disqualified.

5. Winner selection

Winners may be selected by:

• highest score;

• closest-to-the-pin result;

• longest drive result;

• random draw;

• judge’s decision;

• another method stated in the specific promotion.

The method of selecting winners will be made clear for each competition.

6. Prizes

Prizes will be described in the specific promotion.

Prizes are subject to availability and are non-transferable unless we agree otherwise.

No cash alternative will be offered unless we decide otherwise.

We reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of similar value where necessary.

7. Contacting winners

Winners may be contacted by email, phone, social media or in person.

If a winner does not respond within a reasonable time, we may select another winner.

8. Publicity

We may use the winner’s name, result, image or entry for reasonable publicity purposes, unless the winner objects.

If you do not want your name or image used in publicity, please let us know.

9. Fair play

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who cheats, tampers with the competition, behaves inappropriately, provides false information or breaches these terms.

10. Changes and cancellation

We may change, suspend or cancel a competition where necessary due to circumstances outside our control or where the competition cannot be run fairly or safely.

11. Data protection

We will use personal information provided for competitions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
