Membership Terms

1. About these terms
These Membership Terms apply to City Greens Golf memberships, unless separate membership terms are agreed in writing.
By purchasing or using a membership, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership benefits
Membership benefits will be described at the time of purchase.
Benefits may include access to booking privileges, discounted sessions, member events, priority access, guest benefits or other benefits.
Membership benefits may vary depending on the membership type.
3. Membership payment
Membership fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms shown at the time of purchase.
Payments may be taken upfront, monthly or on another agreed basis.
If a payment fails, we may suspend or cancel membership benefits until payment is made.
4. Membership term
The membership term will be explained at the time of purchase.
Memberships may renew automatically where this is clearly stated and agreed.
5. Cancellation
Membership cancellation terms will depend on the membership type purchased.

You may remain responsible for any fees due before the cancellation takes effect.
6. Use of membership
Memberships are personal to the named member and must not be transferred, shared or resold unless we agree in writing.
Members must use the venue and facilities respectfully and in accordance with our rules, policies and staff instructions.
7. Booking availability
Membership does not guarantee availability at all times.
Bookings are subject to bay availability, opening hours, event schedules, maintenance and operational requirements.
8. Fair usage
We may apply fair usage limits to membership benefits where necessary to protect availability and ensure fair access for other members.
9. Changes to membership benefits
We may update membership benefits, pricing or terms from time to time.
Where changes materially affect your membership, we will take reasonable steps to notify you.
10. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate a membership where a member:
fails to pay fees;
misuses the venue or equipment;
behaves abusively or dangerously;
breaches these terms;
causes damage;
acts in a way that affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
Refunds will not usually be given where membership is terminated due to misconduct or breach of terms.
