CCTV & Photography Notice

1. About this notice
This notice explains how City Greens Golf Ltd uses CCTV, photography and video at our venue.
It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. CCTV
We use CCTV at our venue for:
customer and staff safety;
venue security;
crime prevention and detection;
incident management;
protection of property and equipment;
insurance and legal purposes.
CCTV may record customers, visitors, staff, contractors and other people at or around the venue.
3. CCTV retention
CCTV footage is normally kept for 30 days.
Footage may be kept for longer where it is needed for:
an incident;
an investigation;
a complaint;
an insurance matter;
a legal claim;
law enforcement purposes.
4. Who CCTV footage may be shared with
CCTV footage may be shared where necessary and lawful with:
law enforcement agencies;
insurers;
legal advisers;
relevant staff or management;
regulators or public authorities;
other parties where required by law.
We do not use CCTV footage for general marketing purposes.
5. Photography and video at events
We may take photographs and videos at our venue or during events for use in:
social media;
website content;
email marketing;
printed marketing;
event promotion;
internal business materials.
Where appropriate, we will let people know that photography or filming is taking place.
If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of our team know before or during your visit.
6. Private events, corporate bookings and school groups
For private events, corporate bookings, school groups or junior activities, photography and filming arrangements may be agreed separately with the organiser.
Where children are involved, we will take extra care and may require appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, school or organiser before using images for marketing purposes.
